- vanviegen 4y agoIndeed, "I'm not building that" doesn't sound good. You can of course discuss the True Cost (TM) of an impractical feature request with the client, and propose a less expensive alternative.
- ilyt 4y agoThe magic statement is "it will cost this and that in immediate and ongoing cost of keeping such thing in codebase"
