So your basing this on a sample of one? I'm sure it happens with every retailer. The question is what's the post issue experience like.
I had a similar experience with an order from BestBuy for an PS3. The entire box was empty except for some bags of rice to weight it down properly.
- markisus 4y agoI will concede that Amazon immediately initiated the refund process without hassle. And yes there is a statistical question, which is why I'm asking other users what their experience is like with other retailers.
- danskeren 4y agoIf they're going to refund your purchase without hassle (which seems to be the case) then why would you lose trust in the company? If anything it should strengthen your trust in the company since it might've been stolen after delivery?
