I do. I haven't requested a backup but I did check some pages and most were archiving as expected. That said, I sent in a question / request months ago and never received a reply. I imagine they're busy but it was a little disconcerting being a long-term user and pre-paid subscriber for the next 5? years to not even get a 'thanks for the message' reply.
