It used to get brought up every time asyncio was mentioned on here. I either use multiprocessing, or celery. using async/await looks ugly, doesn't solve most problems I would want it to, and feels unstable. Maybe once development around it settles down I'll revisit, but I can't imagine wanting to use it in it's current form.
