I find it hilarious that he’s lying about overlooking basic accounting. I call bullshit and even if it were gross negligence, he should serve time in jail. What he and Do Kwon did is far more egregious than Madoff. And perhaps even Theranos’ Holmes. We are living through the Golden Age of Digital Frauds.
