Hint: I recently cancelled the unlimited delivery service, and discovered that most of the delivery slots we use cost £2 or less and they suddenly started offering us lots of money-off vouchers to keep us coming back. It's a shame they had to switch from Waitrose to M&S food. When they offered Waitrose stuff, it really was the best food and the best logistics combined. But the M&S quality and range are much less solid in our experience.
