Maybe you could use little clicks and pops with your mouth to signify different characters. The computer could learn which one is which. That way instead of typing "if (int i = 0; i < count; i++)" you could say something like "if beep int i click zero boop i bop count boop i pop pop zing" This would achieve the same thing, but much faster and with less effort than typing.
