Octopuses caught on camera throwing things at each other
- andirk 4y agoIn controlled environments, praying mantis females ate the male after getting impregnated a lot of the time! BUT, turns out the stress of the lab environment was causing this and happens far less in nature. I wonder if this chucking-of-things is similar, where the octupuses are unnaturally close. I highly recommend one of my favorite documentaries of all time, My Octupus Teacher. Dude straight up befriends an octopus and documents her life.
