I don't have a ton to add but I did want to chime in on this bundle of services.
I got the bundle on a 3 month deal last year and I primarily enjoyed the ad free yt experience. But I've grown to heavily utilize video downloads, I found if I pick videos for both watching and background play at work beforehand I end up consuming higher quality content like EE, art theory, just more tangible content whereas if I just go through my feed as I go I tend to pick a lot of "topic of the day" type stuff. Eventually I gave ytmusic a real shot to the end of my promo and it really surprised me. I found it's music discovery was top notch. Maybe that's because it pulled in 10+ years of yt content to help feed it's algorithm. Not sure, but I am rarely disappointed with it's choice as to what to play next and I have found tons of new artists I absolutely love from starting a favorite track and just letting it go. It's a two a street between services as well, I see a few music videos from time to time pop up on the yt feed from stuff I've only ever listened to on music. On that note sometimes ytmusic will play something that's only on yt (you can't add these to your personal library, just playlists, there are subtle differences you notice in the music app otherwise it's transparent). That extra musical reach into yt really helps with more obscure stuff and it's been a rare track that I can't find from within the ytmusic app.
I'm most impressed with their music service and thus far it's easily outpaced tidal and Spotify in my experience.
