I think technically if you just burn the money the deflationary effect would be equivalent to $1 to everyone and would be the cheapest way to do it.
- pjerem 4y agoIt doesn't works like this. Inflation/deflation is not something tangible. It's something that is computed with arbitrary rules and it have barely no meaning on a worldwide basis. If you give $1 to everyone on earth, in some countries, you'll pay for an extra topping on your pizza, and in others you'll allow people to eat for one or more days.
