In the article it says it will integrate with existing solutions so I imagine it will work simply as a front end if you want. That makes sense to get people using Zoom more and being more ingrained in people’s workflows. Companies are looking at what pandemic software services they can now cut from their budgets. Most Microsoft shops already have Teams. It isn’t as good, but is it good enough that a business could do without Zoom? Will our users revolt? Zoom is trying to make sure they will revolt.
