The top image is in Wimmis in Switzerland at the bottom of the Niesen mountain. The mountain resembles a giant pyramid. That's nice: many small pyramids and a giant one. You see the mountain starting to rise in the background of the photo. There is a narrow side valley (Spissi) leading to Western Bernese Oberland and from there you can reach Valais and the Leman basin.
