Nonviolent Public Licenses
- josephcsible 4y agoThe author claims these licenses are overall good for a free society, and that its additional restrictions are no worse than the AGPL's. Neither of these things could be further from the truth. Any non-free license moves you further from a free society, not closer to it, no matter how noble your intentions may be. And the AGPL's restrictions don't violate freedom 0, unlike these ones. I'm also pretty sure that freedoms 1 through 3 are violated as well.
