Funny that low performers are seen 100% as a bug and never as a feature. Future leaders need minions too right?
- kridsdale2 4y agoI think they're more seen as "buffer states" that you can quickly sacrifice on the altar of the Board of Directors to show that you're serious about cost-cutting. While not hurting your core staff at all.
