This is normalized system fuckupery US style. Surreal in Europe, at least for 3 countries I lived & worked in. People have common sense in such a topic, and that includes cops, judges, hospital staff and well everybody involved.
- slaw 4y agoIt is a culture difference. In Europe when my wife cuts her thumb I call 112 to ask for help how to stop bleeding and where is the closest emergency room. In US police squad is sent immediately for domestic violance investigation.
