I wonder if you could build an argument that rolling stops save lives through reduced emissions.
- dcow 4y agoOr through marginally reduced time sitting as drivers.
- actionablefiber 4y agoThat was part of the argument for right-on-red, but given that both of these frequently kill people, and rampant deaths-by-car are a powerful disincentive to walk or bike, I don't think the math works out in favor of this argument.
