Someone who has lived as female their whole life, went through menstruation, maybe bore children, will have had different experiences than someone who lived as male and had a penis until they changed and didn't. Their experiences will overlap somewhat, but also won't in various ways. So it's really hard to take a stance on that without more education, sounds at the top like an argument over definitions. Trans women is never biological woman, that's easy. Waiver is a better term than "trigger warning". Students who are resilient to challenges to themselves and can reason calmly, even confidently back to the source of the challenge, will be much more useful to themselves and society after graduation.
