I had mine shipped to Germany and then forwarded to Switzerland by one of the many parcel forwarding companies. They usually forward the shipment for about US$ 15, and keep the German VAT. They pay the Swiss VAT from those earnings. But: there was a problem with the commercial invoice by Framework (it was missing the VAT rate iirc) and I had to pay some penalty fee to the importers.
