Citation required? I’m no proponent of ‘agile for agile’s sake’ but I question whether a statement like ‘most planning is done by managers/PMs with very limited technical knowledge’ is anything other than hyperbole. I’d love to see some facts to back that statement up, since it would really help to clarify the air around this frequently contentious topic. Otherwise it’s just noise. Not to mention very out of step with best practices around ‘agile’.
