- paulgb 4y agoThat line comes up as a retort when people accuse twitter of violating the first amendment (which, as a private company, it is not bound by). In this case I don’t see anyone talking about the first amendment, just Musk’s claims that he wouldn’t prohibit any legal speech and that “comedy is now legal”.
