Not aid. Money. Straight up cold hard cash. Any thing else instead, like SNAP, housing vouchers, etc treats them like they have no agency. Yet with corporate handouts, we do no such thing. Look no further than the PPP debacle.
- adam_arthur 4y agoWe did hand everybody money, which is why the economy is about to crash as a result of the inflation it propagated. Sorry, you advocate economic collapse, not anything realistic or sustainable. Wishful thinkers have inflicted a vast amount of deaths throughout history due to economic mismanagement. Famine, hyperinflation etc
