Presumably the resolution has to be high enough or it wouldn't work as well. Also, this is a bit too unusual for me to accept without a substantial deep dive into what the threshold is for this technique to be viable. My dog's movement appears to be pretty erratic, however I'm not willing to plot his movements on a grid and use that as a seed because I lack the will and capability to prove its effectiveness.
