The people come first, not the technology. I didn't really start using Twitter until I first knew some people I wanted to communicate with. It will be the same with Mastodon, or whatever. Then the choice of server will become much simpler. Until then, I'm not moving from Twitter. Sure I'm using Twitter less these days, due to the chaos, but I'm not joining anything else until I see where others are going. Does that make me a sheeple? Yes, it does. Sue me.
