I would go further. No one should be able to purchase land they do not live on.
- 8bitsrule 4y agoI would go further still: No one should be able to purchase a house unless they agree to live in it for at least a year. And, one at a time.
- c_o_n_v_e_x 4y agoSeems like this would limit the supply of housing, though I don't know what problem it is that you're trying to solve?
