Not hyperbole. Without the black civil rights fight, Asians wouldnt be able to migrate to the US and become naturalized. Black Americans arent just poor or racial minorities, they were systematically robbed of the vast majority of their "early US investor" wealth by the state for centuries. They dont and shouldnt fall into the same category of other "racial minorities" and white women when it comes to these programs.
