Emergency lane-keeping became mandatory in Europe this year, so all new cars have lane assist.
- jleyank 4y agoMy 2019 RAV4 has it, but (a) it hunts pretty significantly, (b) requires keeping a hand with reasonable pressure in a particular place on the wheel, (c) has issues driving into the sun (east/morning, west/evening). It also must be relying on the right-side line (N America) as it likes every exit on the freeway and wants to take a closer look. Maybe it's better now, but something that doesn't make me look like I'm under the influence would be helpful :-).
