  I not at all advocate that. Total opposite actually. All I am saying is: at some days I work 15 minutes longer and on others 15 minutes shorter. Same work quantity with the difference that I stop working at a meaningful point and not let everything drop at a fixed point. I buffer a bit to my private duties (kids in my case), so I do not have stress in any direction.

    that's your workplace. my workplace deduce my pay if i am late. this is a nuance i don't appreciate.
