This is a nuance i do not appreciate. There is a difference in working 40h +/- 2h a week (which i do since 10 years) and punching out after exactly 8 hours. No work finished exactly on time.
- lemper 4y agoi also don't appreciate working til midnight for 3 weeks straight.

- oaiey 4y agoI not at all advocate that. Total opposite actually. All I am saying is: at some days I work 15 minutes longer and on others 15 minutes shorter. Same work quantity with the difference that I stop working at a meaningful point and not let everything drop at a fixed point. I buffer a bit to my private duties (kids in my case), so I do not have stress in any direction.
