Yes it's too complicated. It's horrible. It's the Windows of cloud services, surpassed in obscurity and nastiness only by Microsoft's own Azure, which is a nightmare. In both cases, the UI and UX designers should be shot. I understand that they are supporting a lot of complicated things. It's a huge fail, unusable by anyone who hasn't dedicated their lives to learning.
