- piva00 4y agoIf you refuse to work 80h/week, what's the worst that could happen? Be fired again? That's the thing, if you don't trust leadership anymore and they are asking you to come back after firing and going to pay you, that's the ultimate fuck-you: keep working as little as possible while searching for another job. You are getting paid to look for another job by the same leadership that tried to fire you.
