Can you elaborate a bit on what these projects entail? Maybe a short description and how long each project went on? The work I do tends to require a lot of collaboration as we figure things out and experiment. Having a one day delay for every thing feels like it would slow us down A LOT. We also use iterative development in a two week sprint, a day lost would limit our productivity tremendously.
