It's important to remember that basically no one who takes QC seriously thinks we're going to have quantum in smartphone-sized devices any time soon. It's really better to think of them as specialized co-processors than as general purpose computational units, of which we're more in the "mainframe" era than the "smartphone" era. > "look it responds sort of like a qubit!"
