When the fractal tasks are actually blockers, I call them “yak shaving.” Not strictly correct, but I’ve never had a better term for it.
- boomskats 4y agoIn the article, the author also calls them "yak shaving", and contrasts them to "bike-shedding". I've not heard of the latter before. Feeling a little called out.
