On my phone, the link to the CantSayAnything/About/Sticky page goes to a 404.
I thought Kelly Cotters paper was very interesting - it seems like “gaslighting” is becoming a more common way to call out people or companies who are not technically lying but are definitely communicating something that isn’t true. Unfortunately that’s a common enough thing now that it’s useful to have a simple reference.

To my knowledge, she's one of the few who has actually questioned and researched the area of shadow moderation.
