It looks like greyhole added a checksum checksum verification feature (see line 90 here: https://github.com/gboudreau/Greyhole/blob/master/USAGE https://github.com/gboudreau/Greyhole/blob/master/USAGE). I don't know whether it offers the ability to heal bad copies from good.
