Twitter already allows adult content. I agree that if you're focused on adult content then you will chase non-porn advertisers away. But there probably is a middle ground where they can monetize some percentage of the adult content on the site without going all in and becoming OnlyFans 2.0. Maybe they can create a feature that enables premium content. It doesn't have to be specific to any particular type of content but the vast majority of their revenue from this feature would naturally come from adult content. They need to be very restrict with age verification out of the gate though. Any mishap there could sink their traditional ad revenue.
