It would be cool of it was based both on available bandwidth AND usage over 1TB. E.g. when the network is over-utilized, any users over 1TB will be throttled.

- jjeaff 4y agoIt sounds like that is what they are doing. Deprioritizing, to me means that even after 1 TB, you would still have full speed assuming enough bandwidth is available.
