- Zamicol 4y agoLooks like it's offered only to "critical infrastructure organizations".
- yeuxardents 4y agoCorrect "Who can receive services? Federal, state, local, tribal and territorial governments, as well as public and private sector critical infrastructure organizations." However, methinks US definition of critical infrastructure organizations, both public and private, will be quite broad.
