- vkou 4y agoThere's nothing overburdened about the civil court system, because the participants in it are largely responsible for paying for it. The criminal court system (and public defenders in particular) are another story.
- illuminerdy 4y agoThere is a considerable backlog of civil court cases throughout the country due to a mysterious virus of unknown origin.
