That's basically just pen and paper but with automated counting machines.
- Vvector 4y agoComputer assistance can prevent over-votes and warn of under-votes. It also resolves any "voter intent" questions (i.e. hanging chads). It can also format the printed ballot to increase the speed at which a machine can read them.
