They haven't even been notified properly and don't know what information will get in today when they get that "email" they are waiting for and they are suing already? They might get 60 days of pay as a severance package to comply with the law. I don't think they want to get sued over something this stupid. I just think they are just jumping the gun with this kind of reporting.
