What alternative would you recommend that's better for employees, but still makes sense for Twitter?
- lm28469 4y agoIdk, tell managers to speak to their teams, have an online with everyone to explain the situation. Literally anything that shows you remotely care about the situation is better than "You might or might not get an email in the next few days to let you know you're fired" I know people who went though that and it's very dehumanising and stress inducing
- hoherd 4y agoAnnouncing it ahead of time would've been a good start. "Do not come to the office on Friday" instead of "go back home".
