So there will always be a constant supply of new apps, catering to a new generation of users and trying out new paradigms, or reinventing old forgotten paradigms. The same happened 20 years ago, the same will still be happening in 20 Years. It's an endless circle. Though, one notable difference is, that today it's easier than ever, to create high quality apps&services and share them. So we also see many more poor and half-assed solutions in absolute numbers, than 20 years ago.
