I didn't find it that arrogant, but I think it's possible to get a glimpse of a company's culture through their job ad. If you felt their approach was a turn-off, it's likely you'd feel the same way about their culture & team as well. So for better or worse (they could argue better, you could argue worse), their job ad is filtering for people that would fit them.
