I have yet to be with someone I had an initial physical attraction to. My current girlfriend didn't appeal to me until we spent some time chatting while hanging out with mutual friends. It's the best relationship I've yet had. Online dating, every time I have tried it, has been such an awful experience that I decided I preferred celibacy. Oh, and it has only got worse as time has gone on. Frankly, I'm amazed our species manages to reproduce under these conditions.
