- scubbo 4y agoI'm sure there's no correlation between "teams with people leaving" and "teams that are under-funded or struggling"...
- scubbo 4y agoHuh. That's almost the opposite of what I understood - "new incremental hires" sounds like active recruiting, but I could see "passive recruiting" falling outside that heading. Who knows? It's HR PR, it means whatever they want it to mean.
