From working at Square/Block, I know that Jack Dorsey saying Remote-First was a sudden change that a lot of managers had to scramble to work with (particularly for front-lines ops), but the employees were happy.
This is... a choice. If he was trying to rip apart the existing company culture to remake it in his own image, this is a great way to encourage people to leave.

- A4ET8a8uTh0 4y agoYes. And for unemployment purposes it arguably constitutes material change. It would be a fight with employer, but it is hard to argue it is not a sudden or big change.
