The severance terms seem to be very generous, that is encouraging to see.
- Kon-Peki 4y agoYeah, they're hoping that the people they didn't fire don't "get out before the next round of layoffs"
- brk 4y agoMaybe, but I tend to doubt that. If they are really anticipating more layoffs I would expect them to structure this severance to encourage more people to leave on their own, not stick around in hopes of a good package.
