Does FOIA data include how many calls the police don't pick up? I've literally never gotten an answer when calling my local PD's non-emergency number
- adrr 4y agoAssume you could get the raw phone log including non answers. I thought they had voice mailboxes?
- Rebelgecko 4y agoLAPD doesn't. Although I've since learned that supposedly the trick is to call their Spanish non-emergency number since all the operators are bilingual anyways and there's lower call volume.
