We need to repeal CEQA and replace it with something else. Enough is enough.
Can we get a ballot initiative on this for god's sake?
- thaumasiotes 4y agoThe ballot initiative would lose; CEQA is notionally an environmental protection measure.
- jeffbee 4y agoIt doesn't need to be repealed. It can be narrowly amended such that it does not apply to residential projects within existing urban growth boundaries, on previously-developed parcels.
